ProContract is a brand of Damron Productions, LLC, based in Charleston, West Virginia.
We build templates and tools for people who take what they do seriously — whether that's running a business, planning a trip, managing a creative project, or getting a legal agreement right.
The team behind ProContract includes a practicing attorney, a business owner, and a systems-obsessed planner — sometimes all the same person. Our founder is a licensed attorney in West Virginia who also co-owns an AV and event production company, which means the business templates come from actually running one, and the planning tools come from someone who builds detailed systems for a living.
